Horst and Tammi Four years ago I came to the island to look at a place, not sure if I was going to move here or not. I called a few realtors, none of them could take me to see places until I called Les. He willingly showed me several homes he thought I would like. When I found one to buy, Les got the home at the price I wanted. There were some issues with the deal, and Les sailed through them all, making a very trying time less stressful. On moving day, the truck rental company advised me I couldn't rent the dolly they previously said I could. I called Les to ask where I could rent one in Qualicum, and he said not to worry, he'd have one there for me. He was waiting at my new home when I got there, and used that dolly to help unpack me. What a blessing- what could have taken all day only took a short time with Les' help.

It begins November, 2007 with a quick sale of our home in Calgary on very short possession terms. So here we were with moving madness upon us and no plan other than an island destination and a business card belonging to Les Pockett. When I first met Les Pockett I was trying to sell my step-father's home in a strata complex. At first meeting Les he was very professional and prepared, he had all the listing information on the other units in the complex from the last few years. I was able to see what the other units listed at and what they sold for.
